Chuck Coulter Takes Up New Challenge in Chesterbrook, Penn., Branch

MELVILLE, N.Y. – (May 23, 2007) American Brokers Conduit (ABC), the wholesale division of American Home Mortgage Investment Corp. (NYSE:AHM), a publicly held mortgage Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT), is pleased to announce the recent addition of Chuck Coulter as the new sales manager of the Chesterbrook, Pennsylvania, office.

Coulter brings with him over 22 years of mortgage banking experience, including his most recent position as a regional manager for American Mortgage Network. Prior to that, Coulter served as a wholesale sales manager in GMAC Bank’s Horsham, Pennsylvania, branch where, in less than a year, he and his team increased regional sales from $30 million to $55 million monthly.
