AHM becomes exclusive supplier of mortgage services to CFS’ customer base

MELVILLE, N.Y. – March 26, 2007 -- American Home Mortgage announced today that they have become the exclusive supplier of mortgage services to Collegiate Financial Services, Inc. (CFS), the preeminent provider of financial consulting, mortgage and relocation services to the D1A Athletic Directors’ Association and the National Association of Collegiate Directors of Athletics (NACDA). CFS’ customer base of college sports administrators are located throughout the U.S., and as a leading national lender with approximately 600 retail branches, American Home Mortgage is well positioned to work with CFS in serving the mortgage and relocation needs of D1A Athletic Directors’ Association and NACDA members nationwide.

“We are thrilled to announce this new partnership with American Home Mortgage, whose national presence, product range, customer service, technology and marketing are second to none,” said CFS President Kevin Fringer. “Now the members we serve can be even more confident about obtaining the mortgage and relocation services they need in a profession where advancement often entails moving and purchasing a home several times throughout one’s career.”

Jimmy Dascani, co-founder of CFS added, “If we can improve the quality of life for our collegiate clients and their families by helping them save money, consolidate debt, or buy their new home – then we have accomplished our mission! The people that we entrust to educate, guide, and coach our children deserve to have access to the products and services that are commonplace in corporate America. We are committed to making this happen on a national level with American Home Mortgage!”

As a result of its agreement with American Home Mortgage, CFS has broadened its national scope and scale to provide college athletic directors and their staffs a full complement of financial consulting, mortgage and relocation services.

“CFS has been a champion for providing athletic director associations customized financial and mortgage solutions that address the unique needs of their members,” said AHM Business Development Manager Tom Dickson. “Athletic directors know something about building winning programs, and I believe they will strongly applaud our new partnership with American Home Mortgage.”

“We are extremely pleased by the fact that CFS continues to partner with outstanding companies such as American Home Mortgage, “said Dutch Baughman, executive director of D1-A Athletic Directors Association. “These initiatives on the part of CFS create more financial opportunities and benefits for our members as CFS and its partners can now address a wide range of financial and relocation needs.”

Bob Vecchione, Senior Associate Executive Director of NACDA, said “Collegiate Financial Services knows and understands what we need in collegiate athletics. I believe that this partnership with American Home Mortgage is a tremendous service that will be beneficial to the entire NACDA membership.”
